Naz (India) Foundation is a Delhi-based NGO active in the field of HIV/AIDS and sexual health issues. In Naz foundation V. Government of NCT of Delhi they fought for LGBTQ rights and the Delhi High Court decriminalized homosexual acts between consenting adults throughout India.
Naz’s focus is on reaching out to marginalized populations infected or affected by HIV to help reduce stigma, improve health, and empower families. They also aim to sensitize the general population to the prevalence of HIV, and to highlight issues related to sexuality and sexual health.
