We have reintroduced our signature Apricot Jam after 3 years. But this time, with low sugar. One actually tastes the fruit as the primary flavour. 
 
Again, as with all our flavours, we use only the best of ingredients. In this case, the apricot used is the Gola variety. Sweet and fragrant and actually leaves a deep colour behind on one's fingers as we hand cut the fruit.
 
Use it as 'just jam' or in smoothies, or as a filling for your tarts or desserts.
