Finger Millet (ragi) is a wonder grain packed with protein, calcium and fibre. Ragi from the Honneru collective is organically grown, painstakingly cleaned and processed under hygienic conditions. It is a perfect millet to make ragi balls (mudde), porridge (ganji), roti, chappathi, dosa, ambali, bread, laddoo, halwa, and other snacks. It has been the staple food of South Karnataka’s farmers and labourers for millennia, giving them the stamina and health to till the fields and do back breaking work. Ragi now enjoys pride of place in urban homes for its health benefits.
